Marco Polo: Limassol’s new luxury high-rise nears completion

Construction work on Limassol's new luxury high-rise residential building, Marco Polo, is nearing completion.

The tower is being built by bbf:, while the architectural design was undertaken by UHA London in cooperation with Economides + Akkelidou Architects.

The project, which is located in the Amathounta area of eastern Limassol, close to St Raphael Marina, was recently visited on site by Jonas Upton-Hansen and Wen-Kai Li, Director and Senior Associate respectively of UHA.

The project is now nearing completion, with the majority of scaffolding having been dismantled, revealing the distinctive building with an inclination of over 20 degrees.

The building spans 4,500 sq. m. and is situated on a 7,433 sq. m. plot of land, facing the sea. It stands 50 metres tall and consists of luxury two and five bedroom apartments.

Marco Polo will offer its residents five-star services, with a lobby, spa, outdoor and indoor pools, a gym and underground car park. The penthouse boasts private verandas with gardens and pools, as well as panoramic views of the sea.

It has direct access to the beach and a coastal road leading to the marina.
