Zorbas Bakeries expansion underway with a new store planned for Nicosia

Zobras Bakeries is moving forward with plans to further strengthen its presence in Nicosia and more specifically in the Latsia area.

Following a successful rebranding and renewal of the identity of the well-known chain last year, the expansion continues as planned to meet purchasing needs, especially in areas with increased demand.

The most recent opening took place in mid-2023 in Latsia, on Giannou Kranidioti Street.

Currently maintaining a total of three stores in the area of Latsia, Zorbas Bakeries is now preparing for the opening of a fourth store, which will further strengthen its presence in the municipality, as well as in the wider region.

In this context, according to InBusinessNews sources , the chain has secured a property, which until recently housed the Artoza Bakeries, on Archbishop Makariou Avenue, in Latsia.

The new store, which will be set up in the spirit of the new architecture of Zorbas stores, with a completely renewed image, will include all the departments of Zorbas Bakeries, including the food department and the Coffee Berry coffee chain.

The operation of the new store is scheduled for the second half of this year.

With the new addition, the chain brings the number of its stores in the capital to 34, with the number of stores across Cyprus exceeding 70.

The strategy and vision of the group, which counts around 50 years of presence, include offering an unrivaled and complete experience to consumers.

At the same time, having spread its wings beyond the borders of Cyprus, in the first quarter of 2023 it opened the fourth "The French Workshop" store, in New York, with two more stores in the United States of America also in the works.
