Changes to the composition of Hellenic Bank’s Board Committees

Hellenic Bank has announced that the Bank's Board of Directors has decided on changes to the composition of the Audit, Nominations / Internal Governance, Remuneration, and Transformation Committees of the Bank's Board, with effect from 30 January.

The new composition of the above Committees is formed as follows:

  1. Audit Committee

Chairperson: Christos Themistocleous

Members:

  • Andreas Persianis
  • Demetrios Efstathiou
  • John Gregory Iossifidis
  • Christodoulos Hadjistavris

2. Nominations / Internal Governance Committee

Chairperson: Petros Christodoulou

Members:

  • Christos Themistocleous
  • John Gregory Iossifidis
  • Marios Maratheftis

3. Remuneration Committee

Chairperson: Petros Christodoulou

Members:

  • Miranda Xafa
  • Marco Comastri
  • Kristofer Richard Kraus

4. Transformation Committee

Chairperson: Marco Comastri

Members:

  • Stephen John Albutt
  • Christodoulos Hadjistavris
  • Andreas Persianis

The composition of the Risk Management Committee of the Bank's Board of Directors remains the same, as follows:
