RIF invites startups to sign up for SynergistEIC Project
10:21 - 04 January 2024
The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) has said it would like to inform interested parties that the European SynergistEIC Project is to announce within January 2024 a Call for Proposals to identify innovative green technology solutions from start-ups that require additional support to improve their products and increasing their market presence.
According to RIF, the Invitation concerns the climate sectors tech, green tech , circular economy and agri-food ( greentech ).
In general, the project SynergistEIC aims to support the efforts of technology start-ups to grow rapidly in international markets, contributing to the European Union's competitiveness and strategic autonomy while achieving its ambitious climate neutrality goals.
The selected start-ups will receive support to better prepare to submit a proposal and potentially secure funding from the EIC Program Accelerator (Horizon Europe).
Specifically, startups will receive support through sponsorship of up to €50,000 as well as consulting services and connections with startups that participated in the EIC Program Accelerator and other innovation ecosystem partners. The project will also educate companies about EU funding and procurement opportunities, while helping start-ups gain business and other market-specific skills to improve their applications and access potential sources of funding.
