D. Zavos Group: New affordable projects ready within 2024 along with expansion to Greece

The D. Zavos Group will proceed with the construction of a series of new projects in Cyprus encompassing more than 300 apartments at affordable prices within 2024, while at the same time, expanding its activity in Greece.
Speaking to InBusinessNews , the CEO of D. Zavos Group, Michalis D. Zavos, underlined the group's goal is to harmonize itself with the needs of the market through new projects in 2024.
Two projects in Limassol and one in Larnaca
More specifically, the group is planning three new projects, two in Limassol and one in Larnaca. These are Oasis Limassol Park, Oasis Limassol Sun and Oasis Oroklini Park, which aspire to offer quality housing at an affordable price.
As Zavos clarified, in total, more than 300 affordable apartments will be built at offered at prices of between €180,000 – €280,000.
"For this purpose, estates have been selected that are 15-20 minutes away from urban areas and have comfortable parking spaces, green spaces, swimming pools, a gym and recreational areas," he added.
The projects on track for completion
At the same time, the group is moving forward with the final phase of construction work on other projects, for which the countdown for their delivery has already begun.
In more detail, the Aqua Park, Park Horizon, Bel Air Mansions, La Maison projects in Limassol, as well as the Oroklini Villas in Oroklini, Larnaca are progressing as anticipated and expected to be completed soon.
Placing a bet on Greece
At the same time, Zavos also referred to the group's “gamble” for 2024, which is to operate in Greece.
"Our Group is starting its operation in Greece, with new offices in the heart of Athens, in Kolonaki, and is moving forward with the development of new projects," he indicated.
More specifically, the D. Zavos Group will proceed with the development of four projects in Greece, namely Oasis Park Athens in the Ellinikon area, Harmony Residences in Kallithea, Sunset Court in Keramikos and Sirena Court in Piraeus.
