ASBIS Group seeking Office Administrator for Limassol location

ASBIS Group, a leading Value Add Distributor, developer and provider of IT, IoT products, solutions and services is looking to employ an Office Administrator for its Limassol location.

Providing its services to the markets of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), ASBIS Group has local offices in 27 countries.

According to a post in the vacancy section of ASBIS Group’s website, the successful candidate for the position in Limassol will be expected to carry out the following duties:

  • General administration and receptionist duties, including but not limited to answering and re-directing telephone calls, managing office supplies, booking conference rooms for meetings, keeping records on office maintenance, communication with different suppliers and vendors and control of expenses etc.;
  • Preparation/drafting and typing of various documents, arranging approval, signing;
  • Organising and maintaining records (e-filling and filling);
  • Preparation of proforma invoices for the customers (as per sales team instructions), collection of outstanding receivable balances;
  • Management of the petty cash and bank accounts of the entity (e.g. keep up to date the bank records);
  • Management of clients’ data in the system;
  • Booking of purchase invoices;
  • Providing other clerical support to the Management and employees of the company as required

Applicants should be a High School graduate with secretarial/accounting studies are considered an advantage. They should also be fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken), while knowledge of basic accounting principles is considered an advantage.

According to the vacancy ad, personal features sought in candidates also include a high level of organisational and communicational skills, the ability to multi-task and take responsibility, attention to detail, and being punctual, disciplined and well-organised.
