Domenica Group celebrates 'Elements' Project with exclusive event at Park of Colours, City Centre, Paphos

Domenica Group hosted an exclusive event to celebrate the progress of one of its most ambitious projects to date—Elements, located at the heart of the vibrant Park of Colours in Paphos City Centre.

A leader in luxury real estate development in Cyprus, Domenica Group hosted the event on Wednesday, 25 September.

"With construction well underway on this landmark development, which will feature 156 luxury apartments, the event offered a unique opportunity for over 250 guests to experience the future of city living. Domenica Group partners, friends of the company, and esteemed clients gathered at the construction site, transformed into an elegant, heels-friendly space for the occasion. Attendees enjoyed a memorable evening filled with drinks, gourmet food, and live music in a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere," a relevant press release said.

The event was designed by Charis Tremetousiotis, founder of creative studio tremeEats. Catering for the event was provided by the Aquamare Beach Hotel, which, as the press release noted, offered "a delicious selection of dishes that perfectly complemented the evening's upscale vibe. The smooth sounds of live music set the tone for the night, creating a welcoming and celebratory atmosphere as guests mingled and discussed the exciting future of Elements."

Elements, part of the Park of Colours initiative, is set to redefine luxury living in Paphos. Offering a total of 156 modern apartments, the development promises to deliver a unique blend of urban convenience and natural beauty, situated within one of the city's most anticipated green spaces. As noted by Domenica Group, "The project is a cornerstone of Domenica Group’s vision to elevate Paphos' residential landscape by offering high-quality, stylish homes with flexible pricing options for both local and international buyers."

“We are thrilled with the incredible turnout and the positive feedback we’ve received. This event allowed us to share our excitement about Elements and give our guests a preview of what’s to come,” said Kyriakos Charalambous, COO of Domenica Group. “It was important for us to celebrate this milestone in a way that reflects our commitment to excellence, innovation, and the Paphos community. We look forward to completing this project and delivering exceptional living spaces for our future residents.”

This celebration not only marked a major milestone for Elements, but also highlighted Domenica Group’s dedication to fostering a sense of community and innovation in all its developments. The evening’s success is a testament to the strong relationships Domenica Group has built with its partners and clients, as well as the growing excitement around the future of the Paphos City Centre.

Guests left the event with a strong sense of anticipation for the completion of Elements, a project that promises to become a defining feature of the Paphos skyline. As construction continues, Domenica Group remains committed to delivering a project that combines luxury, sustainability, and modern living.
