Foreign Minister participating in International Conference on Lebanon in Paris

Minister of Foreign Affairs Constantinos Kombos is participating in the International Conference in Support of Lebanon’s People and Sovereignty, taking place in Paris.

A press release issued by the Foreign Ministry said that the 24 October conference, initiated by French President Emmanuel Macron, will be attended by Ministers from European Union member states, the G20 group, and Arab nations, alongside representatives from regional organisations, the United Nations, and non-governmental organisations.

The Lebanese delegation will be led by Prime Minister Najib Mikati, Foreign Minister Abdallah Rashid Bou Habi, and Chief of the General Staff Brigadier General Hassan Odeh.

On the sidelines of the conference, Kombos is expected to hold a series of meetings with his counterparts from various countries to discuss regional issues and enhance collaborative efforts in support of Lebanon, according to the press release.
