Inspire 2024: Cyprus’ biggest ever entrepreneurial festival kicks off today

The wait is over! Inspire 2024: Entrepreneurial Festival starts today, Thursday, 3 October, on Makarios Avenue in Nicosia, and it promises to bring leading speakers, world-renowned personalities and thousands of participants together for an unforgettable experience.

The biggest entrepreneurial festival to ever take place in Cyprus, with over 100 speakers and more than 3,000 registered visitors, promises two days filled with inspiration, innovation and creativity, as well as music, street food, stand-up comedy and cocktails!

The full agenda:

Day 1 – Thursday, 3 October 2024, 15:30-21:00

The festival will open with an impressive line-up. The outdoor stage on Makarios Avenue, where the festival will be inaugurated by the Mayor of Nicosia, will host:

  • Pavlos Kontides, Olympic sailing champion who will highlight the importance of resilience and perseverance in success
  • Maria Markou, Paralympian and role model, who will talk about the power of sport to break boundaries
  • Michalis Karaiskakis, head of the Karaiskakio Foundation, who will inspire us with his dedication to social contribution and the support of our fellow human beings

The first day will be closed by Louis Patsalides, Pan Dragomir and their team with a different discussion with distinguished entrepreneurs and a delightful 80s and 90s Rewind Party.

Day 2 – Friday, 4 October 2024, 15:30-21:00

The second day of the festival includes equally distinguished personalities on the Makarios Outdoor Stage, including:

  • Linda Papadopoulos, internationally recognized psychologist and television personality, who will share her own experiences of science on television.
  • Young entrepreneurs of international scope who were distinguished in the Forbes 30 under 30 List, such as Jack Bennet, Leanne Leavers, Joanna Patsalis, Alexander Naydenov and distinguished inventor Cornel Amariei.

On Friday, 4 October, the Festival will close with a unique event at Zena Palace at 19:00, where the popular radio producer and presenter Tasos Tryphonos will have a live Tête-à-Tête with the world personalities. With him on stage:

  • Karolina Pelendritou, Paralympian, who will inspire us with her sensational journey to the top and the life lessons that accompany it.
  • George Kallis, the internationally recognised Hollywood composer, who will talk to us about his journey in the world of music and cinematography.

It will be followed by a delightful stand-up comedy show with the popular Greek comedian Giorgos Hatzipavlou.
