Crona Fund registered by CySEC, with Eleon Capital Management as the fund manager

Crona Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC has been registered with CySEC under Registration number RAIF179.

According to a relevent announcement, the CRONA FUND aims to capitalise on lucrative investment opportunities within commercial and residential real estate sectors while also exploring alternative asset classes to optimise returns and manage risk effectively.

"The Crona Fund consists of three ambitious compartments, the Crona Income Fund, the Crona Development Fund and the Crona Hospitality Fund. The Investment Manager is Eleon Capital Management Ltd., which performs Risk Management and Portfolio Management. The Advisors to the Fund is Crona Development Ltd, a member of the Crona Group, which combines local market expertise with a strong background in real estate and financial investment. Crona’s proven track record in identifying and managing high-yield construction projects is expected to drive growth for investors. The Depositary is Eurobank Cyprus Ltd., the Administrator is Grant Thornton Funds Services (Cyprus) Ltd., the Fund’s Legal Advisor is Ch. P. Savvides & Associates LLC and its Auditor, TIMKAS Ltd. This Fund is open to Professional and Well-informed investors," the announcement noted.
