Pafos organisations join forces for underwater clean-up

American University of Beirut (AUB) Mediterraneo will join forces with Pafos Municipality, AKTI Project and Research Centre, Pafos FC, Cyprus Ports Authority, Atlantas Academy, Aiantas Pafou, Cyprus University of Technology, Cydive Pafos, and Pafos Coastal Fishing Association, for 'The Big Underwater Cleanup' to clean the seabed and coastline of Kato Pafos Harbour on Saturday, 26 October.

The collaborative effort, which unites educational institutions, sports academies, and environmental groups, aims to protect the island’s marine environment and promote sustainability.

AUB Mediterraneo hosted the first planning meeting on 7 October.
