Christiana Rotou: My greatest talent is effective project management (video)

During the last 10 years, Christiana Rotou, Director of Operations at Rotos Group, introduced and implemented technological advancement within the Group, while also promoting the female presence within the workforce.

And this, she believes, is her greatest accomplishment as a young professional. Rotou is competing in the Construction and Real Estate Category of the newly established CBN Young Dragon Awards, set to take place in Nicosia on 2 December, with attendance by invitation only.

In the video below, Rotou describes her “dragon” attributes, what sets her apart as a young professional and reveals where she would like to be in five years.
