Finance Minister in Brussels for Cohesion Policy ministerial meeting

Minister of Finance Makis Keravnos will be in Brussels to participate in the General Affairs Council (GAC) Ministerial Meeting on Cohesion Policy issues.

According to a Ministry statement, Keravnos will represent the Republic of Cyprus on Thursday 28 November at the General Affairs Council's Ministerial Meeting on Cohesion Policy, which will include a political debate on strengthening Cohesion Policy and improving the shared management of its funds.

In addition, Ministers are invited to adopt Conclusions on the role of Cohesion Policy in addressing the EU's demographic challenges, the statement concludes.
