About the Chef:

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 1999 and founder of KAYU, CALLA & OPPA, the Chef was crowned 3rd Best Pastry Chef in the 2014 “Pâtissiers Dans Le Monde” competition and was awarded as Middle East and North Africa Best Pastry Chef in 2023 at Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants.
