Belle Air Niche Villas: A €40m project for healthy, active living

At an exclusive on-site event on 3 November, prospective homeowners and partners were introduced to Belle Air Niche Villas, a premier residential community set in the picturesque Souni area of Limassol.

The project is being brought to life by Bolshakova Studio, an architecture and interior design, and property development studio, in collaboration with the international game development company AB Games.

"Held on-site at the future Belle Air development, the event allowed guests to engage with the pristine beauty with a seaview. With a focus on wellness, attendees were invited to experience the tranquil atmosphere and distinctive features of the site. The evening concluded with a live music concert at sunset, creating a memorable experience that highlighted the exceptional appeal of this location," a relevant press release noted.

The BELLE AIR project is set to redefine exquisite living with its exquisite California-style villas nestled within Cyprus's virgin landscapes. The concept goes beyond high-end architecture and design, fostering an exclusive community focused on shared values of active, healthy living and a deep connection to nature.

The inspiration for BELLE AIR grew from the personal experiences of Nataly Bolshakova, the developer and ideologist of the project, and Anton Bolshakov, founder of AB Games and co-founder of Belle Air.

Bolshakova Studio is an international design studio specialising in architecture, interiors and property development, focusing on exclusive private residences worldwide. Established in 2008, the studio has since completed numerous residential and commercial projects worldwide. The studio`s design concepts were recognised by numerous international design awards, and Nataly Bolshakova serves as a jury member in design contests worldwide.

AB Games is an international game development company specialising in creating its own mobile games in the Free-to-Play Hidden Object genre. As noted in the press release, the company "thrives on creativity, collaboration, and an unwavering passion for gaming," has a workforce of approximately 140 employees and headquarters in Limassol.
