CBN Young Dragon Awards recognise Nikolaos Arvanitis in the Tourism, Hotel, Leisure, Food & Beverage category

Nikolaos Arvanitis, Manager, Events & Entertainment at Melco Resorts & Entertainment, has been named the Young Dragon in the Tourism, Hotel, Leisure, Food & Beverage category at the first CBN Young Dragon Awards.

Arvanitis was awarded during a ceremony at Nicosia’s Municipal Theatre on 2 December.

Nikolaos Arvanitis was hired by Melco Resorts & Entertainment to lead all the IT- related projects for the Casino Marketing Division of the City of Dreams Mediterranean integrated resort in Limassol. He was later assigned to lead the simulation project for all the resort’s operations, which involved defining, testing and simulating all the interdepartmental processes to ensure the smooth running of the property’s operations after its opening.

He currently heads the Entertainment Department, which organises all the events, concerts, shows and other entertainment at the property’s venues and has successfully transformed it into an International Entertainment Hub, thereby growing the reputation of Cyprus as an entertainment destination, driving local and international traffic to attend the most prestigious events and shows on the island.
