Graduates reflect on 40 years of CIM-Cyprus Business School's presence in Limassol (video)

CIM-Cyprus Business School is celebrating forty years of presence in Limassol, with the island’s co-capital having become a cornerstone of the institution, confirming its commitment to academic excellence and support of the local community.

Since its establishment in 1978 in Nicosia as the first Cypriot business school, CIM has not stopped pioneering, expanding its activities to Limassol in 1984, at a time when the city was in the early stages of development in the field of higher education.

Today, 40 years later, Limassol - as mentioned above - is the cornerstone of the institution, with thousands of CIM graduates leading businesses in Cyprus and abroad.

Graduates of the CIM-Cyprus Business School in Limassol, who now hold key positions and have followed a successful professional and entrepreneurial paths, recently talked to the IN Business TV camera about the academic background they acquired as students of the institution and the knowledge and solid foundations they gained there, with their graduation accompanied by every guarantee for a brilliant career, such as the ones they are carrying out today, in the field of business.

The milestones of success

CIM with 46 years of academic excellence actively contributes to the Cypriot society and economy through strategic partnerships, scholarships and free seminars.

In its 46 years of history, CIM has achieved significant milestones, including:

  • In 1980, the start of a collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.
  • In 2008, the establishment of the CIM Summit.
  • In 2011, the start of a collaboration with the University of West London.
  • In 2023, the start of a collaboration with Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, Executive Education.
  • In 2023, the conversion of CIM to CIM-Cyprus Business School.

Innovation and collaborations

CIM is a pioneer in higher education, offering programmes that combine academic theory with practical application.

An important development is the collaboration with the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School, Executive Education, to offer programmes in the fields of Negotiations and Transformational Leadership.

New academic year

CIM continues to upgrade its programmes with the launch of the innovative distance learning E-MBA program, designed to meet the needs of the global market.
