Marios Andreou, Partner, National Tax Policy Leader, and Head of UK and India Markets at PwC Cyprus, and Petros Rialas, CEO of Totalserve, analysed the tax framework for non-domiciled individuals, covering their settlement in Cyprus and tax treatment for shareholders, companies, and investments.

They showcased the significant tax benefits Cyprus offers to HNWIs and their families, including advantages for foreign employees relocating to Cyprus and the tax framework for digital nomads.

Legal tools for wealth preservation and management
Georgia Papa, Advocate/Director at Pyrgou Vakis Law Firm, discussed Cyprus’ modern and sophisticated legal tools for the preservation and management of personal wealth for HNWIs. She highlighted solutions such as Cyprus International Trusts and Permanent Residency by Investment programs.

Investment opportunities in Cyprus
Sara Eojourian, Head of Wealth Management at Athlos Capital, spoke about investment companies operating in Cyprus. These firms offer an attractive alternative to their international counterparts by providing personalised services and effective solutions through advanced tools at competitive costs.
