Cyprus participates in international supply chain exhibition in Beijing

Cyprus’ Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry participated In the second edition of the international supply chain exhibition ‘China International Supply Chain Expo.’

The country participated with an information booth, through the Trade Center of the Republic of Cyprus in Beijing.

The exhibition, which was held in Beijing between 26 and 30 November and for the second time this year, was attended by 620 companies from 69 countries and regions in China, attracting over 200,000 visitors.

According to an announcement by the Ministry of Commerce, the Cypriot pavilion was visited by a large number of individuals, company representatives and delegations from other countries, who had the opportunity to try Cypriot products available on the Chinese market, as well as to be informed and receive information material regarding the advantages of Cyprus as a business centre.

Furthermore, as reported, in the context of enhancing Cyprus's visibility in local media, the Commercial Counselor of Cyprus in Beijing, Petros Petrou, granted an interview to the State Television BRTV.
