Estonian President on official visit to Cyprus, to meet President Christodoulides

Estonian President Alar Karis, who is paying Cyprus a three-day official visit, and will be received on the morning of 27 March by President Nikos Christodoulides at the Presidential Palace.

After the official welcome ceremony, President Christodoulides and his Estonian counterpart are to have a private meeting, followed by extended talks by the delegations of the two countries and statements to the press.

Later on, the Estonian President will visit the House of Representatives and will return to the Presidential Palace for an official lunch.

According to Government Spokesperson, Konstantinos Letymbiotis, Karis, will visit in the afternoon the Green Line in Nicosia, the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the University of Cyprus. A dinner is to be hosted in the evening by the Chamber of Commerce.

On Thursday, the President of Estonia is to visit the Committee on Missing Persons and the Cyprus Center for Land Open Seas and Port Security (CYCLOPS), before departing the island.
