Samba, zumba and many surprises: The Carnival is back at Ayia Napa Marina

When it comes to Famagusta –and most specifically to Ayia Napa– the heart of the carnival season beats at Ayia Napa Marina with many surprises and fun activities that will put everyone in a festive spirit.

On Saturday, 16 March, from 2pm until 5pm, Ayia Napa Marina has prepared a fun-tastic carnival party filled with music, dancing, and various games for all ages.

Put your carnival costume and your best mood on, visit Ayia Napa Marina and get ready for a crazy blow-out bash with Live link, DJs, Brazilian dancers, spectacular shows and the beloved Mickey and Minnie Mouse, who will be there to delight our little friends! Of course, Disney’s most famous couple is not the only surprise in store for them as many activities, including face painting, balloon crafts and group games will also await them there.

Carnival festivities at Ayia Napa Marina have become a go-to destination and this year they are bigger and more exciting than ever. The event’s schedule is rich in activities which include:

− Live link from 12pm until 2pm.

− DJs on decks, ready to get you into the groove with classic carnival and dance hits.

− Face painting, balloon crafts, group games, and other creative activities for the little visitors. These will take place in specially designated areas and will be supervised by the Marina’s expert staff.

− An appearance from Mickey and Minnie Mouse. The lovable duo will visit the Marina to take pictures with the children, spread love and smiles and create beautiful memories.

− An Afro-Brazilian gig by Batukinio, a renowned percussion band that will get you moving in the rhythm of Samba Batucada and Samba Reggae.

− A Latino Show by RC Beautydolls, with Brazilian male and female dancers. An impressive latin spectacle, full of passion and energy, that will bring the vibe of Rio de Janeiro straight to Ayia Napa Marina.

− A Zumba Kids Dance Party, where the little ones will have the chance to combine fun with fitness.

− A Handstand Extravaganza, one-of-a-kind acrobatics show by dancers using only their hands for balance.

And, as always, you can enjoy a delicious meal or a refreshing drink at one of Ayia Napa Marina’s restaurants and coffee shops.
