Luxury Limassol hotel Amara is preparing for the launch of a new sophisticated eating space- Beefbar.

Beefbar, a concept born in Monte Carlo, is anticipated to offer Amara's guests a journey of creative street food and iconic main courses and sides made with the best cuts of meat from around the world.

A luxury dining destination that promises, from spring 2024, to redefine the culinary landscape both with its services and atmosphere.

With its sleek architectural lines, special menus and luxurious atmosphere, Beefbar breaks the strict code of traditional steakhouses and offers a holistic and more accessible experience.

Beefbar is the brainchild of renowned restaurateur Riccardo Giraudi, who, together with Executive Chef Thierry Paludetto, has created delicious yet simple dishes, made with the best cuts of beef from Australia, Japan and the United States.

Beefbar brings elegance, perfection and simplicity, with tastes for both meat lovers and vegetarians with a variety of dishes from delicious salads, fresh fish and vegetables to exclusive meats.

In the kitchen, Executive Chef Thierry Paludetto works closely with Riccardo Giraudi to create delicious and simple dishes. The restaurant's menu is divided into three parts: sexy street food inspired by the most popular recipes from around the world, great cuts of meat sourced from Australia, Japan and the United States and iconic dishes, from sides to main courses, as well as desserts.
