Quality Group QG is looking to hire a highly qualified HR Director to lead its Human Resource Department.
QG is a leading Larnaca-based Investment Company with a focus on four distinct fundamental pillars: Quality Property Developments, Quality Hospitality, Quality Education, Quality Medical.

What you will do
- Lead the Group’s Human Capital transformation journey by introducing purpose-fit HR strategy, crafting an inspiring vision and sense of purpose that promotes high-performance culture and HR talent management framework, systems and tools
- Develop a future-ready workforce through strategic planning and workforce structuring and development plans
- Lead HR priorities within business units, shaping a multi-cultural workforce and implementing impactful human capital solutions
- Utilise data-driven insights for informed decision-making and drive innovative HR initiatives that support and promote organisational goals and priorities
- Lead annual people processes, collaborating closely with Centres of Expertise
- Represent the voice of the clients within the HR organisation, ensuring alignment with business needs.
What you are expected to bring
- A global mind-set with strong strategic entrepreneurial orientation, with the passion, energy and optimism to lead people and change
- Effective communication with strong story-telling, public speaking and presentation skills, fluently in Greek and English
- Proven leadership, self-awareness and self-management skills, with cross-functional collaboration skills and positive influence on all stakeholders
- Proven ability in shaping corporate culture and outstanding employee workplace experience
- Role model in inspiring trust and organisational values, integrity and ethics
- Mental flexibility, agility and adaptability to perform in a highly demanding work environment
- Critical thinking, complex problem solving, logical reasoning and understanding of biases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years work experience, out of which 3 years in leading management role in HR function
- University degree in Human Resource management and or MBA and or related field with high academic performance and qualifications
- Professional qualifications and or certifications in Human Capital management will be considered an advantage.
- Digital literacy and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
