ASBIS opens first iSpace showroom in Uzbekistan

Limassol-based ASBIS Group has opened the first iSpace showroom with Apple Authorised Reseller status in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.

The Group has thus strengthened its presence with Apple products in Uzbekistan, where it has been operating since 2019.

ASBIS sells Apple products in 10 countries where it is an official Apple distributor. In total, the Group currently operates 31 showrooms where Apple products can be purchased.

Tashkent is the largest city in Uzbekistan with a population of over 2.5 million people. The city is also the main industrial, cultural and scientific centre of the country and one of the largest cities in Central Asia. The showroom itself is located in Tashkent’s largest shopping centre – Tashkent City Mall – which offers a wide range of brands on four levels, including luxury brands and a cinema.

The iSpace showroom in Tashkent is a modern showroom with an area of nearly 150 m2. Here customers will not only be able to purchase genuine Apple products, explore the functionalities of various items, but also in the future, replace or repair damaged equipment.

Serhei Kostevitch, CEO of ASBIS Group, commented: “ASBIS strengthens its presence in Uzbekistan by opening the first authorised Apple showroom in this country. Uzbekistan is a country that is developing dynamically, in multiple sectors including technology and new initiatives related to digitalisation. It is a country that focuses on modernity, where Apple products are becoming more and more popular. Uzbekistan is not a new country for us, we have been operating here for 6 years, so we have a developed sales structure there, which will support us in the further development of sales of Apple products in this country.”
