House Price Index up 1.6% in Q4 2023

The House Price Index (HPI) increased by 1.6% in the fourth quarter of 2023 compared to the corresponding quarter of 2022, while it decreased compared to the previous quarters of 2023.

According to a preliminary estimate by Cystat, the HPI for the fourth quarter of 2023 is calculated at 109.95 units.

Compared to the third quarter of 2023, the HPI decreased by 0.6%, while compared to the corresponding quarter of 2022, it increased by 1.6%.

It is noted that in the first quarter of 2023, the HPI stood at 110.31 units and in the second quarter of the same year at 110.15 units.
