Yianis Christodoulou Foundation aiming to set a new Guinness record in Cyprus

The Yianis Christodoulou Foundation plans to set a new Guinness World Records title for the longest alternating chain of people clasping wrists, in an event that will take place in Cyprus on 25 June.

According to a press release, the event is organised on the initiative of the Yianis Christodoulou Foundation, under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth, with the aim of breaking the Guinness World Records title in Cyprus with the creation of the 'Longest Alternating Chain of People Clasping Wrists' promoting the values of teamwork, collaboration, and unity.

It is added that the event will take place on 25 June at 5pm local time at the GSP Stadium in Nicosia. All children over the age of eight and their parents who can hold wrists for at least one minute are eligible to participate and attempt to break the previous record title.

It is noted that at the end of the event, a concert with Greek singer Konstantinos Argiros will take place.
