The Mayors tasked with undertaking local government reform

In addition to the Mayors of Nicosia, Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca and Famagusta, other Mayors were elected on 9 June, with the task of undertaking local government reform.

These are the first mayors to be elected following the local government in its new form, after several municipalities were blended together.

Along with new Nicosia Mayor Charalambos Prountzos, new Limassol Mayor Yiannis Armeftis and returning mayors Phedonas Phedonos (Paphos), Andreas Vyras (Larnaca) and Simos Ioannou (Famagusta) they are, in alphabetical order by municipality:
