OpenWay Cyprus took to new heights in May, as it held a team-building event in the Platres Mountains to tackle the Dorians Challenge.
Dorians Team Challenge are private outdoor team building events that have been designed to build high functioning and high performing teams. It can be designed for 30 or 1,000 participants and can have activities that will challenge the team spirit and team skills of participants.
The series of physical and mental challenges were a nod to the legendary Greek hero Dorus and the district of Ancient Greece.
“In that spirit, our cross-functional teams heroically united to test their physical and mental agility,” OpenWay Cyprus said on its social media.
“We tackled challenges like synchronised obstacle courses, human plank basketball, and even volleyball obstacle courses. We also flexed our problem-solving muscles by solving puzzles, math riddles, and memory games. The team wore custom T-shirt designs that featured the OpenWay logo and the mountain theme, adding a special touch to the experience.”
According to the company, this retreat truly fostered collaboration and boosted team spirit. “The unique activities and overwhelming positive feedback made this a standout event, and we're all eagerly looking forward to the next challenge,” it said.
