Action Cyprus announces strategic restructuring

Action Cyprus, part of Action Global Communications and one of the most dynamic integrated communication agencies in Cyprus, unveiled a significant restructuring aimed at amplifying its integrated services, providing unparalleled client service, and catalysing sustainable growth.

As part of this new structure, Evri Fotiadou and Stalo Kyriakou take on the roles of Account Directors, while Nikolas Nikolaides assumes the position of Digital Director.

Evri Fotiadou and Stalo Kyriakou will oversee a team of experienced communication professionals, managing a diverse client portfolio. Bringing extensive experience in 360° communication to create meaningful connections between brands and their audiences, they will play a crucial role in developing effective strategies while enhancing the team's capabilities in offering comprehensive communication services. Leveraging their extensive knowledge in various sectors – such as real estate, hospitality, tourism, Fintech, energy, health, financial services, FMCG, and retail – they will ensure that Action Cyprus not only provides integrated solutions but also anticipates and addresses the evolving needs of its clients through data analysis, strategic approach, innovation, and creative thinking.

Nikolas Nikolaides, who has recently joined Action Cyprus as the new Digital Director, has extensive experience in shaping digital campaigns, performance marketing, and programmatic advertising. Having worked for international and local brands in Cyprus, Greece, the UK, and Dubai, he will lead the digital department of Action Cyprus, offering clients innovative digital marketing solutions that integrate data, creativity, and technology.

Innovating Across Media, Culture, Data, and CSR-to-ESG Transition

The expansion of Action Cyprus's communication services aims to include new and innovative ways in which businesses and people communicate, interact, and are influenced: from providing specialised and high-quality content for the media, creating culturally relevant content for social media, and designing data-driven digital campaigns, to evolving their communication strategies to adapt to the transition from CSR to ESG.

"This restructuring marks the beginning of a new chapter for Action Cyprus, where strategic approach, creativity, and the utilisation of new communication methods and technology are at the forefront," said Natasa Perdiou, Country Manager of Action Cyprus. "We achieve this by strengthening our leadership team, investing in talented professionals, and providing a work environment that encourages the enhancement of knowledge and creativity, creating opportunities that translate into value for both our people and our clients."
