Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort to host Michelin-starred chef Gregoire Berger

Award-winning Michelin-starred chef Gregoire Berger will be cooking for diners as part of the Sky Stars event, at the Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort on 27 and 28 July.

Chef Berger, who was born in Versailles and raised in Brittany, started his culinary journey at the prestigious Restaurant La Closerie de Kerdrain when he was just 16 years old. He then perfected his craft at high-class eateries Le Pressoir and Domaine de Rochevilaine leading to his first haute cuisine restaurant in Casablanca. Returning to France, Berger became the first sous-chef at the famous La Grande Cascade in Paris.

Today, as head chef at one of the world's most renowned restaurants, the renowned Ossiano at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai.

Chef Berger’s innovative creations have placed Ossiano among the world's leading haute cuisine destinations.
