The Cypriot businessman's €500m superyacht that got Mykonos talking

Cypriot businessman Tasos Papanastasiou sailed into Mykonos on his €500m superyacht this week, creating quite a fuss among locals and tourists alike.
Built in 2024, the yacht “This is It” was delivered by the Italian shipyard Tecnomar, featuring interior styling by Italian designer The Italian Sea Group.
The award winning yacht, with its very futuristic style, can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 cabins.
The one-of-a-kind catamaran yacht is 44 metres long and 14.5 metres high. It is covered in glass among its many amenities are a pool, spa room with Jacuzzi using sea water, luxury living space spanning four decks, a cinema, huge open kitchen, two jet skis and other water sports equipment.
It is built with an aluminium hull and superstructure, offering greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to its full-displacement hull.
Powered by twin MTU engines, it comfortably cruises at 17 knots, reaching a maximum speed of 21 knots with a range of up to 3,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.
