The first half’s 10 biggest real estate deals totalling €144.9m

The 10 biggest real estate deals of the first half of 2024 totalled €144.9m, with the most expensive being an office block in Limassol that went for €28b.

The majority of the top 10 deals took place in Limassol, which counted seven deals totalling €116.5m. There were two major deals in Nicosia (worth €19.3m) and one in Larnaca with a value of €9m.

  9. Field in Larnaca / Livadia - €9m
  10. Mixed use building in Limassol / Tsiflikoudia - €8.1m

The data was sourced from the Department of Lands and Surveys, and analysed by Ask Wire.

The total price for the 50 most expensive properties, 10 per district, sold in the first half of 2024 was €262.1m. Furthermore, 51.6% of the value of these sales corresponds to the 10 most expensive properties, sold in the Limassol district, followed at a distance by the district of Paphos with 18.6%.

In particular, the 10 most expensive properties in Limassol totalled €135.3m and in Paphos €48.8m. The districts of Nicosia and Larnaca followed with €41m and €28.6m respectively. The 10 most expensive properties sold in the first half of the year in free Famagusta added up to €14.2m.
