HELLENiQ ENERGY presented with Invest Cyprus International Investment Award

Leading integrated energy Group HELLENiQ ENERGY was among the seven award recipients at the 12th Invest Cyprus International Investment Awards presented by PwC Cyprus, which pay tribute to major international investors active on the island.

The award was picked up by Kostas Karachalios, International Division Manager of HELLENiQ ENERGY, and delivered by the Minister of Energy, Commerce and Industry, George Papanastasiou, and Antonis Antoniou, General Manager, General Manager Wealth Management & Global Markets at Eurobank Cyprus.

HELLENiQ ENERGY is a leading integrated energy Group in Southeast Europe. Its portfolio spans the energy value chain, with activities in six countries. It has a 60% share of the Greek wholesale oil products market and operates a retail network of more than 1,600 service stations throughout Greece, as well as over 300 in Cyprus, Serbia, Bulgaria, Montenegro and North Macedonia.

In September 2022, Hellenic Petroleum Holdings S.A. adopted a new corporate identity and changed its name to HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. The Group, which has operated in Cyprus since 2002, has made substantial investments that have assisted Cyprus on its journey towards a sustainable green future.

Taking place at the Hilton Nicosia, the 12th Invest Cyprus International Investment Awards are hosted by GOLD magazine and organised by Invest Cyprus, the official body the government has entrusted with the task of attracting foreign investment to Cyprus.
