One week left to sign up for the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Ticket Priority List

A little more than a week remains until the closing of the Priority List for purchasing tickets for the FIBA ​​EuroBasket 2025 matches that will take place in Cyprus next summer. The interest so far by the fans is very high, with 4000 people already signed up in the last few days.

The fans, who want to have priority for purchasing tickets for the most important sporting event ever hosted in Cyprus, will be able to visit the page of the Priority List until 22 August 2024, in order to register their details.

In collaboration with more.com - one of the leading e-ticketing platforms in Europe and "Event sponsor" of the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 in Cyprus - the ticket purchase window for those who register to the priority list will open between 27 August and 4 September 2024. From 5 September 2024 and onwards, tickets will go on sale to the general public.

The upcoming event

Cyprus is one of the four co-host countries of FIBA ​​EuroBasket 2025, along with Finland, Poland and Latvia. Between August 28 and September 4, 2025, the matches will be hosted at "Spyros Kyprianou" arena, with the participation of the Cyprus National Team and five top European teams.

Packages for National Teams of Cyprus and Greece (Partner country)

The ticket categories and the prices have been set and will be announced on Monday 19 August 2024.

Starting from 27 August 2024, the fans who have registered on the Priority List will be able to purchase the two packages, "Follow Your Team Cyprus" and "Follow Your Team Partner country", which for the group in Cyprus, will be the Greek National Team. This, if Giannis Antetokounmpo's team finalizes their qualification to the final phase, which will likely happen from the very next qualifying window, in November 2024.

Important to be noted, the fans who cannot commit to attending all five Follow Your Team (FYT) games, will be able to purchase a package for two or three games, with predetermined dates. The two-game FYT includes the matches on August 30 and September 2 and the three-game FYT, those on August 28 and 31 and September 4.

Single match tickets, if remaining following the sale of the “Follow Your Team” packages, will go on sale after the draw for the group stage in March 2025.

Important ticket information

FIBA EuroBasket 2025 tickets will be sold exclusively online through more.com, and each person will be allowed to purchase a maximum of six tickets. For Cypriot fans, it will be necessary to present the fan card for the purchase, while for foreign residents, a passport or ID number will be required.

It should be noted that due to the large time gap between the purchase of the tickets and the matches, there will be the opportunity of reselling tickets through the more.com platform (for a small fee), for those who cannot attend the event in the end, given that all tickets will have been sold.
