Kanika Hotels & Resorts presents its revamped Seven Orchids Pan Asian Restaurants

The freshly revamped Seven Orchids Pan Asian Restaurants at Kanika Hotels & Resorts offer an exotic culinary journey with flavours from the East.

Located at Alexander The Great Beach Hotel Paphos and the Olympic Lagoon Resorts in Paphos and Ayia Napa, the Seven Orchids Pan Asian Restaurant offers some of the most popular flavours from the East, with each dish balancing four basic elements – sour, bitter, sweet, and salty – marking a celebration of Asian fine dining in Cyprus.

The menu, which was curated by the Michelin-starred consultant chef, Theodor Falser, and the company’s Group Executive Chef, Panikos Nearchou, offers a wide array of dishes, from sushi variations, rolls, and Malaysian Sarawak chicken with seafood. The dish includes Singapore noodles, coconut cream, and fresh coriander. The Vietnamese yellow vegetable curry features seasonal vegetables in yellow curry sauce, steamed broccoli, green leaves, and roasted cashew nuts.

“Each dish exemplifies culinary harmony, delighting your taste buds in a celebration of Asian fine dining,” the company said. “End your delicious evening with spiced pineapple-coconut gyoza coconut cream stuffing, served with iced orange passion fruit soup. Continue then with Matcha-flavoured cheesecake with cold papaya salad, yuzu glaze, and crispy ginger.”
