AUB Mediterraneo signs MoU with Pafos tourism board

American University of Beirut – Mediterraneo and the Pafos Regional Board of Tourism (PRBT) recently signed an MoU on August 2, 2024 detailing how they will work together in a number of areas.

AUB Mediterraneo students will gain hands-on experience through internships and joint research projects, enhancing their academic journey and gaining practical skills. PRBT will benefit from expert advisory services and scientific studies on innovation, energy, technology, and more, driving growth and innovation in the Pafos tourism sector.

AUB Mediterraneo Rector Dr Wassim El Hajj noted, "This partnership supports Pafos through education and innovation. We are thrilled about the opportunities ahead!"

PRBT Chairman Kyriacos Droushiotis echoed his sentiment, saying, "We look forward to growth and innovation in Pafos tourism through this collaboration."
