Neocleous Tower reaches new heights in construction progress

Neocleous Tower, a commercial development in central Limassol, is inviting corporations to discover what its creators describe as the future of upscale workplace excellence.

"Redefining the work lifestyle paradigm, the tower is also raising the benchmark for sustainable real estate, offering an eco-conscious, tech-driven and people-centric work environment that fosters excellence, collaboration and well-being," a recent press release notes.

According to the same announcement, "Construction is advancing rigorously and on schedule, with Limassol’s latest architectural landmark ascending towards new progress milestones. Already gaining international and local recognition for its unique blend of sustainable architecture and innovative design, this future-forward office hub is progressing across all levels of building work."

The concrete structures are proceeding smoothly, with concrete casting at Level 20 completed as of August 2024. Construction is currently progressing with columns and shear walls at Level 21, reaching approximately 95 meters above road level. Prefabrication of the roof steel structures for levels 22 to 26 is underway, alongside façade cladding and the installation of aluminium curtain walls from levels 1 to 5. Concurrently, comprehensive mechanical and electrical installations are being executed across all levels, ensuring that every aspect of the building works seamlessly.

With the structural framework nearing completion, the coming stages will see the tower gear up to welcome tenants, the announcement continues, noting, "Companies poised to occupy the office space can soon begin the process of personalising their working environments, infusing their brand identity into their designated areas. Neocleous Tower delivers extensive flexibility across its high-end, open-plan office spaces. Businesses can select from a range of high-end finishes and state-of-the-art features to create environments that embody their corporate ethos, meet their specific needs and enhance employee productivity."

"We are thrilled to announce that Neocleous Tower is not only rising physically but also meeting all our construction milestones with remarkable precision," said Panayiotis Karayiannis, Project Manager at Neocleous Tower, commenting within the announcement. "This phase marks a critical juncture as we begin to finalise the structural components of the office floors, setting the stage for interior customisation and finishing," he added.

"Indeed, the entire construction process has been marked by consistent progress amidst an ambitious schedule for the contemporary high rise. And as Neocleous Tower's silhouette takes shape against the Limassol skyline, the project's adherence to its projected timelines reinforces a strong commitment to timely delivery," the announcement continues.

Looking ahead, the culmination of this project is anticipated to not only enhance Limassol’s commercial landscape but also pave the way for market transformation by setting new standards in environmental responsibility.

"Aiming to be amongst the first office buildings in Cyprus to pursue the prestigious LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, Neocleous Tower aims to become a benchmark for sustainable development and a model for the next generation of buildings. Seamlessly integrating the urban and natural environments, the impressive vertical city is employing innovative ecological practices, green project management and advanced performance management tools. LEED is globally recognised as a symbol of excellence in sustainability and signifies adherence to first-class construction techniques and practices," the announcement notes.
