What do leaders need to succeed in an environment full of cyber risks? Sebastjan Štucl, Director and Principal Cybersecurity Architect, Kyndryl provided the answer to the question to the members of the business community attending the 4th Cyber Security Conference in Nicosia.

The expert's advice at the 26 September event includes applying industry standards to optimise operations faster and more efficiently. The implementation of methodologies and seamless integration ensure successful transformations with high impact, Štucl suggests.

His presentation, entitled ‘Hackers vs. Heroes: The Battle for the Digital Realm,’ provided valuable insights and guidance.

Štucl recommended aggressive security testing, while his recommendations include finding the balance between the following competing elements: Resilience vs. change and legacy vs. modernization.

As for the characteristics of the market, according to Štucl these are mainly the following: the desire of organizations to innovate with the ultimate goal of creating differentiated experiences and their struggle for security and resilience against cyber-attacks.
