Industrial Turnover up 2.6% in June

The Industrial Turnover Index increased by 2.6% in June 2024 on an annual basis, Cystat said. The index reached 136.6 units (base year 2021=100).

For the period January to June 2024, the index recorded an increase of 2% compared to the same period in the previous year.

In manufacturing, the Industrial Turnover Index for June 2024 reached 133.8 units, marking a 1.5% increase compared to June 2023. Increases were also observed in the sectors of water supply and materials recovery (7.5%), electricity supply (6.1%), and mining and quarrying (4.3%).
