Veracloud Cyprus' Chara Savvides: It’s all about DORA right now

It’s all about the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) right now, with companies scrambling to meet the regulatory requirements as it comes into effect this month.
Back in December Chara Savvides, Business Development Manager at Veracloud Cyprus, explained how the company was working hard to assist companies across Cyprus ahead of the deadline.
“It’s all about DORA right now and we are working very hard to assist companies in their compliance across Cyprus ahead of the January 2025 deadline,” she told CBN on the sidelines of the Cyprus Fintech Summit in Limassol.
Veracloud provides companies with cloud-centric services and solutions. Veracloud Cyprus was established in 2023, with the company saying at the time: “The new office not only provides access to a pool of talented professionals in Cyprus but also enables Veracloud to leverage the region’s agile business environment and technological advancements.”
