New deadline for 3rd Cyprus Architecture, Interior Design and Property Awards open call

The deadline of the Open Call for the third edition of the prestigious institution honouring outstanding projects in architecture, interior design, and land development – the Cyprus Architecture, Interior Design and Property Awards – has been extended to 7 February.

With nominations being accepted through an online process, the Awards’ goal is to spotlight exceptional projects and individuals within the sector.

Supported by the Cyprus Architects Association, the awards this year focus on three main categories: Architecture, Interior Design, and Property. The Honorary Award for Lifetime Achievement – Architect, will also be handed out.

Specifically, awards will be presented in the following categories and subcategories:

Category: Architecture

  • Top Architectural Project
  • Renovation-Reuse Project
  • Project of Inspiration for the Young Generation
  • Green Environmental Awareness Project

Category: Interior Design

  • Distinct Interior Experience Project
  • Pioneering-Innovative Idea Project

Category: Land Development (Property)

  • Land Development Company Project

Honorary Award

  • Lifetime Achievement – Architect

Open Call for Submissions

Entries for the awards can be submitted through an open call at the following link. The submission period will close on 7 February, 2025.

Evaluation Process

All entries will be assessed by a panel of over 30 experts from the fields of Architecture, Interior Design, and Land Development.
