The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCCI) recently held a successful series of meeting with business stakeholders in Israel.

As noted in several recent posts on the CCCI’s official LinkedIn page, these included a “constructive meeting” between CCCI President Stavros Stavrou, CCCI Secretary General Philokypros Roussounides and President of the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce Shachar Turjeman.

“During the meeting, ways to strengthen trade relations between the two countries and identify areas of common interest and benefit for further cooperation were discussed, such as the primary sector, technology and AI, along with the possibility of cooperating in the construction sector,” CCCI’s relevant post said.

The discussion also included the updating of the MoU between the countries’ two chambers, and the carrying out of business missions.

Another meeting saw Stavrou and Roussounides meet with Dr. Ron Tomer, President of the Manufacturers Association of Israel (MAI) to discuss potential cooperation in the construction sector, as well as in other areas.
