Lead the culinary team at Amavi Hotel’s Nocturne Restaurant

Nocturne Restaurant at Amavi Hotel in Paphos is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader, to lead the Nocturne Kitchen Team.

“With an intimate 34-guest seating each evening, Nocturne's seven-course tasting menu, crafted by Michelin-starred Chef Theo+dor Falser, is a celebration of Mediterranean refinement, sustainability, and innovation,” the hotel group behind the hotel, Kanika Hotels & Resorts, said in its vacancy listing.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of five in a high-end culinary setting; work directly alongside Chef Theodor Falser and coordinate the annual training and menu development program designed specifically for Nocturne.

Candidates must be culinary school graduates and have 3+ years of experience in fine dining or a similar leadership role.
