Architecture, Interior Design, and Property Awards ceremony on 17 March - All you need to know

The Cyprus Architecture, Interior Design, and Property Awards are entering the final stretch, with the countdown now underway for the prestigious event that honours outstanding projects in architecture, interior design, and property development.

Returning for the third time, the Cyprus Architecture, Interior Design, and Property Awards aim to showcase top-tier projects and distinguished professionals in the industry.

The awards ceremony will take place at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre on 17 March 2025, at 18:00, and you can register for participation by clicking here.

The Cyprus Architecture, Interior Design, and Property Awards continue their mission to highlight excellence in the field.

Supported by the Cyprus Architects Association, the awards this year focus on three main categories: Architecture, Interior Design, and Property. The Honorary Award for Lifetime Achievement – Architect, will also be handed out.

Specifically, awards will be presented in the following categories and subcategories:

Category: Architecture

  • Top Architectural Project
  • Renovation-Reuse Project
  • Project of Inspiration for the Young Generation
  • Green Environmental Awareness Project

Category: Interior Design

  • Distinct Interior Experience Project
  • Pioneering-Innovative Idea Project

Category: Land Development (Property)

  • Land Development Company Project

Honorary Award

  • Lifetime Achievement – Architect
