What were the main HR challenges Uniteam Group of Companies faced that led you to look for a new HRM?

Before switching to OrangeHRM, we faced several challenges with our previous HR software. The system was complicated, not very user-friendly, and required a lot of manual work for routine HR tasks. Simple processes like leave management, employee records, and payroll tracking felt time-consuming and inefficient.

One of the biggest issues was that the software wasn’t web-based, which made remote access difficult. As our company grew and more employees started working from different locations, this became a major limitation. It was also difficult to generate reports quickly and accurately, which affected decision-making and overall efficiency.
