Irida Tower: Larnaca’s second tallest tower on sale for €15,750,000

The multi-storey Irida Tower in Larnaca has been put up for sale by alternative investment fund CYREIT, with an asking price of €15,750,000, alternative investment fund CYREIT has announced.

The alternative investment fund, a member of Prodea Investments, is offering the iconic 52-metre-high commercial building for sale.

The Irida Tower is one of the most well-known multi-storey commercial buildings in Larnaca, housing office spaces.

One of Larnaca’s most recognisable high-rise buildings for commercial use, Irida Tower offers offices with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea and Larnaca City.

It is the second tallest building in Larnaca at 52 meters high and is amongst the tallest buildings in Cyprus for commercial use. The building consists of round-shaped elements and the facade is covered with Alucobond, a top-quality material with no maintenance costs.

It features 253 private parking spaces, six elevators, and office spaces built in 2012. It is located in the Chrysopolitissa area, on Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue, one of the busiest avenues in Larnaca, and is fully leased by well-known tenants. This high-end commercial building offers 8,905 m² of covered space and is built on a 2,634 m² plot of land.
