RSM Cyprus supports 8th Cyprus International Tax Conference

For another year, RSM Cyprus proudly supported the 8th Cyprus International Tax Conference, held on 11 March 2025 in Nicosia.

The conference is one of the most prominent events on the island for tax professionals, business leaders and governmental tax policymakers to discuss the latest developments in taxation, including the upcoming tax reform and the various changes that have already been published but not yet voted into Law.

In his presentation, he talked about the essence of ATAD3, its effects on Cyprus-based entities and the broader impact on corporate tax planning that may profoundly affect the Cypriot tax landscape, bringing new challenges and opportunities for businesses. He emphasised the importance of businesses adopting a proactive approach since they will need to comply with the new substance requirements and transparency obligations introduced by the directive.
