Exness Internships 2025: Empowering university students to gain global experience

Exness, a global fintech company headquartered in Limassol, is launching its 2025 Internship program in Cyprus.

Now in its fourth consecutive year, the program is designed to provide hands-on experience in Technology, Trading, HR, and Data Analytics, among other specialisations. The program offers a structured eight-week paid internship for university students and recent graduates.

Candidates will undergo a structured interview process to assess their skills and fit for the program. The deadline for submission is 30 April 2025, and Interested candidates can apply here.

The Exness Internships program, which runs from 6 June until 1 August 2025, will provide students with the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. While previously focused on technology roles, this year, the internships will allow candidates to explore different career paths across multiple departments. Interns will benefit from mentorship by industry experts, gain real-world exposure to global projects, and develop professional experience essential for their future careers.

Exness interns will receive more than just work experience. They will gain access to corporate benefits, including gym membership, corporate doctor consultations, and various educational and social activities. Once their internship is complete, all interns will receive an internship completion certificate recognising their contributions and achievements.

The Internship program has grown significantly in recent years, and surveys from past participants have highlighted its impact. All interns are likely to recommend Exness to their peers and are considering returning to Exness for full-time employment.
