Cypriot participation in the GAEA Innovation Bootcamp in Prague

Agribusiness is emerging as one of the most dynamic sectors for women seeking to develop entrepreneurial ventures and strengthen their position in the job market. As part of the GAEA Innovation Bootcamp, which will take place in Prague from March 18 to 20, 2025, a group of women from Cyprus will have the opportunity to acquire valuable skills and explore new prospects in the agricultural sector.

The Bootcamp is organised under the European project GAEA (Granting Access to Employment & Entrepreneurship in Agriculture for Women), which aims to provide education, mentorship, and access to innovative digital solutions for women interested in agrifood, agritourism, and sustainable agricultural production. Cypriot companies IMH and GrantXpert Consulting, as project partners, play a key role in the success of this initiative, offering a unique experience for Cypriot women to enhance their presence in the agricultural entrepreneurship landscape.

During the Bootcamp, participants will engage in intensive workshops, interactive seminars, and advisory sessions with industry professionals. They will also have access to the GAEA Digital Platform and Mobile App, which provide personalised professional guidance, educational resources, and networking opportunities with fellow women agripreneurs across Europe.

The Bootcamp agenda includes keynote speeches by distinguished experts, panel discussions, and practical workshops covering topics such as innovation in agricultural production, sustainable entrepreneurship, financing, and marketing strategies for women in the sector. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to visit leading research and technology centers in Prague, including the HUBRU Research Center, the Food Processing Pavilion, and University Farms, gaining first-hand insight into the latest advancements in agriculture.

Participation in the GAEA Innovation Bootcamp presents a unique opportunity for selected Cypriot women, equipping them with practical skills, a strong professional network, and the tools to make a dynamic entry into the agribusiness market.

As the event approaches, interest continues to grow. For more information, the public can visit the official project page at www.gaeaeuproject.com and follow GAEA on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

The empowerment of women in the agricultural sector is crucial for building a sustainable and innovative business environment. With the support of IMH and GrantXpert, Cypriot women are taking a leading role in agribusiness, shaping the future of agriculture in Europe.
